Video Print Refurbishment Program

If you're Video Print was purchased over 1 year ago and is out of warranty, we offer a replacement program to replace or refurbish your IO for only the hard cost of doing so.

This translates to between 30-60% of your initial purchase price, depending on the particular unit or piece that you own. 

Editioned Artworks

If your piece is editioned, we will maintain the provenance of your unit. In this case, we may ask that you return your unit to us, so that we can ensure the embedded certificate of authenticy remains in tact and the provenance of your artwork is fully intact. All physical artworks require maintenance, and we're happy to provide this low-cost service for all IO collectors.
