I'd like to return my purchase, how do I do that?
Simply send us an email over to [email protected] with an image or video of your Video Print along with your order number and a member of our team will help organize that return. You can read our Return and Refund policy here.
Why do I have to pay a restocking fee?
It is unfortunately necessary for us to include this in order to account for the time and materials required to properly evaluate each piece we receive before we add it back to our inventory.
